This leadership programme offers business leaders the chance to learn from the philosophies that have driven China’s rise as a global powerhouse. The training focuses on Understanding the Fundamentals of Chinese Society and Culture Roots and The Stillness Within: Cultivating Balance for Wise Leadership. It blends Confucianism’s focus on self-cultivation and harmony, Taoism’s principle of leading with ease, and Buddhist mindfulness, alongside Western leadership models like agile management. Practical exercises such as Kung Fu and meditation develop resilience, emotional intelligence, and presence, helping leaders overcome challenges and drive innovation.

The programme includes immersive leadership learning at the Taihu Great Learning Center, followed by company visits to Shanghai, Hefei, and Changsha. Shanghai is a global financial and tech hub, Hefei leads in electric mobility and clean energy, and Changsha is a center for materials and construction innovation. These cities provide invaluable insights into how leadership and innovation are shaping the future of global business.

Home to the Taihu Great Learning Center, blending traditional Chinese wisdom with modern practices. - Changsha:
A leading city in materials and construction innovation. Visiting Changsha will provide insights into the future of these industries and the role of sustainability in their growth. - Hefei:
A hub for electric mobility, focusing on electric vehicles and sustainable transportation. A visit to Hefei will showcase China’s advancements in clean energy and the future of the automotive industry.
METHODOLOGY
The Methodology behind
The programme is designed to provide a dynamic and immersive learning experience through workshops, and real-world industry exposure, totaling 30 hours.
Each of the topics follows a consistent learning pattern:
Masterclass – Foundational learning through expert.
Industry Visit – Practical insights gained through direct interaction with companies.

CHINESE CULTURE ROOT The Taihu Great Learning Center, blends traditional Chinese wisdom with modern practices. The curriculum focuses on meditation, ethics, and Chinese medical theory, with a special emphasis on Confucianism and Taoism. Nan Huai-Chin, the first philosopher to unite Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism, is honored at the center. SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTIONBroad Group is a global leader in energy-efficient air conditioning and sustainable prefab buildings, exporting to over 60 countries. Recognized for its green policies and commitment to combating climate change, Broad set records with a 15-story hotel built in 6 days and a 30-story hotel in 15 days, showcasing its sustainable construction innovation.
This agenda is designed to offer our participants a tailored and valuable experience. Over the course of this experience, we combined institutional sessions, company visits, and cultural activities, providing an immersive experience in the chinese ecosystem.
